We aim to process our off the peg orders within a week, however, bespoke orders can take 2-3 weeks to process, We endeavour to get your garment to you as soon as possible.  We use a mixture of Royal mail & Courier service depending on weight & size of the parcel.

Overseas orders

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for, delivery time 5-10 days £15.00 - Europe

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for, delivery time 5-14 days £25.00 - Rest of the World


Note that customers residing outside of the European Union (EU) may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges. This is not the responsibility of DOLLY.

Change of heart and cancellation policy

Bespoke clothing orders are made to order not made to measure, it gives you the opportunity to return them to us if you are not satisfied.

If you are unhappy with your garment purchased, as long as it is returned in the same saleable condition within 14 days of purchase we will exchange or issue you with a voucher. We are unable to reimburse cost of postage. 


We are more than happy to accept returns for exchange or vouchers only. 
We do not offer refunds. Our return policy is 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange;

  • Bespoke handmade items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Alterations and mending

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Provided you notify us in writing within 14 days of the receipt of the goods, we will happily reimburse any delivery costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost to you.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within the 30 day period and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
